Cancellations

Returns & exchanges

Because each frame is made specially for you with your photos and details, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approval before dispatch

For every order we share a design preview, and we only proceed after your confirmation — so everything is just right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We'll repair, remake or refund as appropriate.
